What made you want to start CrossFit?
I have always been interested in doing CrossFit. I know a few people who do it, and they seemed really fit, healthy, and strong, and I wanted that, too. I really believe investing in your health is so important for you and your family.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I’ve been doing CrossFit just over a year.
What’s your favourite thing about CrossFit?
I love the lifting and the buzz it gives me feeling strong.
CrossFit embraces and grows strong women.
What do you love about our box?
Everyone is just so very friendly and supportive.
What would you say to others who were considering trying CrossFit?
Don’t be put off, thinking you can’t because you absolutely can, and no matter where you are in life or your fitness journey, CrossFit will improve you.
Oh, and trust the process.
Before you know it, you’ll be doing things you once watched others doing in awe.
