Jane has been part of the CFD family almost from the very beginning, and the progress she’s made has been nothing short of incredible. She’s always pushing her limits, eager to learn new techniques, and never afraid to give anything a go, even when she has her doubts.
What we love most about Jane is her energy. She walks into the gym with a smile every time, is always up for a chat, and is often the first to welcome new members, making everyone feel instantly at home.

What can’t be replicated isn’t the barbells or the workouts.
What can’t be replicated is standards, the community.
We know what counts as a good rep.
We know what doesn’t.
We coach it.
We hold ourselves to it.
And our members understand it enough to hold each other accountable too.
That’s what real CrossFit is.
When standards exist, training becomes:

• Trackable
That’s how progress is real.
That’s how fitness lasts.

CrossFit can be a sport, and it only works because standards exist.
Not everyone needs to compete.
