LIFE Class
Our LIFE class, In a recent session, we did rowing, seated presses, box dips, and box press ups. These movements help build strength, improve balance, support heart health, and keep the body moving well in everyday life.
As we get older, staying active is key to maintaining independence and feeling confident in our bodies. LIFE isn’t just about fitness, it’s about moving better and feeling stronger.

Our 14 year old powerhouse Amy, who crushed the Age Group Semifinals for the CrossFit Games! She tackled tough WODs solo, under pressure, and proved that hard work pays off! We’re beyond proud!
What made you want to start CrossFit?
My mum made me do it… but I loved it from the very first session!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I’ve been doing CrossFit for 5.5 years. Prior to that, I was doing gymnastics.
What’s your favourite thing about CrossFit?
My favourite thing about CrossFit is the journey that comes with it, learning new skills and pushing myself more than I ever thought I could.
What do you love about our box?
The people! I absolutely love our community. The support I’ve received is incredible. I never thought that, as a 14 year old new to everything, I would feel so accepted and truly part of the family.
What would you say to others that were considering trying CrossFit?
Give it a go! You might be surprised by how much you enjoy it and how welcoming the community can be.
